Christmas tree decorations

By | project

I designed these big and bold outdoor decorations for the Christmas trees in a local shopping street. The icons are made of perspex and will hopefully hang in the trees for years to come.

PostNL x MOAM Christmas stamp

By | illustration, press, project

This year I had the honour of designing a Christmas stamp for the Dutch postal service in collaboration with MOAM. They asked 10 designers to create an artwork inspired by the Christmas stories of 10 Dutch celebrities.
I made an illustration for Tineke Schouten a famous Dutch comedian with stage characters that are colourful and outspoken. She told me about her Christmas memories and traditions which mainly focus on humble celebrations with family, going to church and the comfort / warmth of being with loved ones. View all Christmas stamps on the PostNL + MOAM website, some nice mentions on VOGUE and Harper’s Bazar.

Hutspot & Veloretti

By | illustration, project

To celebrate their 5 year anniversary, Hutspot asked 5 illustrators to customize 10 different Veloretti bicycles. I created a ‘cityscape’ on both bikes with a permanent marker. It was quite a lot of work to draw all the shapes but I’m very happy with the result and I hope the new owner will be too!
You are able to win one of the ten Veloretti bicycles by getting a lottery ticket at one of the Hutspot stores, all proceeds go to Spieren voor Spieren. Visit Hutspot.com for more info.
